Designed for a multi-branch restaurant chain, it centralizes food order tracking, menu updates, customer feedback management, and payment monitoring, all within a unified low-code platform.

The Challenge
The client relied on spreadsheets and disconnected tools to manage daily orders, update menus, collect reviews, and track payments — leading to data silos and delays. They needed an agile, scalable solution without investing in custom app development.
Our Solution
Designed a clear admin dashboard in Figma and built a Power Apps Canvas App for branch managers to handle food orders, update menus, and view customer feedback in real-time. Automated order workflows and approval chains using Power Automate. Stored all menu and order data securely in SharePoint. Integrated Power BI dashboards to analyze sales, payment trends, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
