PayNest is a full-stack digital finance platform offering BBPS utility payments and AEPS banking services through mobile and web apps. Designed for both users and agents, it includes a robust admin portal for transaction monitoring, agent management, and real-time support.

The Challenge
The client aimed to digitize utility payments and basic banking for rural and semi-urban users while enabling agents to operate via both mobile and web. They also needed a backend system to manage transactions, monitor fraud, and handle commissions.
Our Solution
Developed a cross-platform ecosystem with a React Native mobile app for users, a ReactJS web portal for agents, and a secure admin dashboard. Integrated BBPS for bill payments, AEPS for Aadhaar banking, real-time APIs, and SMS alerts. Admins can monitor activity, handle refunds, and manage agent performance with role-based access.
