PeopleCore is a robust HR management portal developed for a mid-sized organization to streamline all key HR processes. Built with ASP.NET Core MVC and SQL Server, the platform provides a centralized solution for employee onboarding, leave management, performance tracking, and internal communication, all within an intuitive, responsive interface.

The Challenge
The client needed a unified intranet portal to replace multiple disconnected HR tools. They wanted secure role-based access for HR admins and employees, centralized records, and real-time performance tracking, all while ensuring an excellent user experience on desktop and mobile.
Our Solution
Designed a modern HR admin dashboard UI in Figma, then implemented it using ASP.NET Core MVC with SQL Server as the backend. Developed custom modules for onboarding, leave requests, appraisals, and announcements. Created secure REST APIs for future mobile app integration. Implemented granular user permissions for HR managers, team leads, and employees.
